Road trip to citybox at Amsterdam Noord

Since I need to move out of my current apartment by the end of this month, I decided to get some storage space to put all my belongings. The place I chose was citybox, in the north of Amsterdam, and the trip there involves taking a nice (free) ferry boat from the Amsterdam Centraal Station and then walking around 500 meters by foot.

Interesting points about this trip:

  • I saw the biggest door I’ve ever laid eyes on;
  • Dutch people create houses out of industrial containers (no kidding, check the photos);
  • They have an old Russian submarine rotting near the ferry dock;
  • Now I know what they call beach in the Netherlands. It’s actually synonym for swamp.

  1. 14m3. I think I will need a lot of space for this stuff :)

    Did you see the submarine? Crazy :)

    Same one I picked. How much space did you get? I still have 7 cubic meters I think. Should cleanup and throw everything away. But I just can’t, yet. But I should.
